Deposit Policy

Aman Sveti Stefan requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The deposit is only taken for stays during peak season (1st May-15th October 2019, and 1st May-25th October 2020), with the balance taken 30 days before arrival. For stays at other times, no immediate deposit is necessary, but the balance will be taken 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (1st May-15th October 2019, and 1st May-25th October 2020), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations within 15 days will be charged in full. For bookings of six room nights and more, 10% of the total value of the stay is also non-refundable for cancellations made between the time of booking and 30 days before arrival, after which the above penalties apply. For stays at other times, cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. Cancellations on the day of arrival, no shows or shortened stays will be charged in full for stays throughout the year.
