Deposit Policy

Alpaga will be open for the winter season from 3 December 2021 to 23 April 2022 and for the summer season between 17 June 2022 to 12 September 2022. For flexible rate stays in rooms and suites, a 30 per cent deposit is taken upon booking, the remainder is due 14 days before arrival. For semi-flexible rate stays in rooms and suites, a 50 per cent deposit is taken upon booking, the remainder is due 30 days before arrival. For flexible rate stays in chalets, a 30 per cent deposit is taken upon booking, the remainder is due 30 days before arrival. For semi-flexible rate stays in chalets, a 50 per cent deposit is taken upon booking, the remainder is due 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 30 EUR. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before 00:01 on the day of arrival will incur a charge in full.
