For flexible winter stays (3 December 2022 to 23 April 2023) a 30 per cent deposit is taken when booking, the remainder is due 14 days before arrival (30 days for chalet stays). For semi-flexible winter stays, a 50 per cent deposit is taken when booking, the remainder is due 30 days before arrival (45 days for chalet stays). For flexible summer stays (18 June to 16 September 2023), a 30 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining total due 14 days prior to arrival. For semi-flexible summer stays, a 50 per cent non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining total due 14 days prior to arrival.
For flexible winter stays (3 December 2022 to 23 April 2023), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full; for those stays in chalets cancellations must be made within 30 days of arrival, or incur a charge in full. For semi-flexible winter stays in chalets, cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full and for semi-flexible winter stays in rooms and suites, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For flexible summer stays (18 June to 16 September 2023), cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For semi-flexible summer stays, cancellations made between the time of booking and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. Cancellations beyond these timeframes are only accepted if the French government or the guest’s home government decides to close borders due to Covid-19. If guests cannot travel due to a positive Covid-19 test, taken within 24 hours before arrival, credit will be offered until the end of the 2023 summer season, or for the 2023–2024 winter season (on request and subject to availability). If a number of rooms were booked under one reservation, only the rooms for Covid-positive guests can be credited. In the case of no-shows, guests have 24 hours to notify the hotel of the new arrival date; if the hotel is not contacted within this period, you’ll be charged in full and the booked room will no longer be available.
