Deposit Policy
Aldea Canzul requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining balance of the booking will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings during the peak holiday season (27 December 2022 - 7 January 2023 and 27 December 2023 - 7 January 2024) are non-refundable and require full prepayment to confirm.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before arrival forfeit the 50% deposit. For bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. Bookings during the peak holiday season (27 December 2022 - 7 January 2023 and 27 December 2023 - 7 January 2024) are non-refundable and require full prepayment to confirm.
