What is the gift?

Horizn Studios M5 Cabin Bag (usually £320/US$370) is smarter than your average carry-on: it has a removable device charger that’s safe to use in-flight; its German, aerospace-grade polycarbonate shell comes in all black or night blue and is tough enough to protect belongings in transit; and its water-resistant sleeve can fit a 15-inch laptop. And, there’s 33 litres of packing space in this 40cm by 55cm by 20cm bag. An invention from the company who created the first suitcase for space, it’s a high-spec piece of travel kit which has been rigorously tested and is crafted from quality materials (vegetable-tanned Vacchetta leather from Italy, ballistic nylon from Taiwan and 360° spinner wheels from Japan).

What do I need to do to get my free Horizn Studios case?

To get your hands on your new smart case, you just need to book seven nights at any Smith hotel or villa (a week’s stay or several minibreaks) from 26 December 2019 to 29 February 2020 (for stays until 31 January 2021). Then you’ll need to fill out your information and delivery details in this form before 3 March 2020 (make sure the email address you give us is linked to the account you used for your booking/s) – we cannot send the case if the form isn’t completed, so please make sure to fill it out in full. If you book 12 nights or more you can claim two Horizn Studios cases. Our limited supply of cases will be sent on a first come, first served basis, so act now to travel smart.

If I book multiple rooms at one hotel, will each count towards the total number of nights booked?

Yes, each room counts as a standalone booking. So, for example, if you book two nights each in four rooms at one hotel you'll have eight nights in total – and, you’ll be eligible for your Horizn Studios case.

When will my case be delivered?

We’ll send out cases for arrival before 31 March 2020. Please ensure we have the correct delivery address; we cannot guarantee timely delivery if this is incorrect.

Can I track the delivery?

Once we are ready to send your gift, we’ll send tracking details to the email address you’ve included in the response form. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for items that do not arrive due to incorrect delivery details.

Can you deliver internationally?

We can send the suitcase anywhere in the world, so this offer is open to all Smith members, from all corners of the globe.

Can I amend my information if needed?

No problem – as long as you speak to a member of our Smith24 team before 29 February 2020 they can update your details.

Is the smart charger easy to use?

Each Horizn case includes a handy user guide. However, if you lose this or you’re unclear on any of the case’s functions, more information can be found on the Horizn Studios website.
