When will the speaker be delivered?

Before 31 March 2019. Please ensure we have the correct delivery address; we cannot guarantee delivery if this is incorrect.

How do I qualify for the gift?

Book seven nights at a Smith hotel (a week’s stay or several shorter breaks) from 27 December 2018, to 28 February 2019 (for stays until 31 January 2020) and fill out this form (please ensure your email address is linked to the account you used for your booking/s).

If I book multiple rooms at one hotel, will each count towards the total number of nights booked?

Yes, each room will be counted as a standalone booking. So, if you book two nights each in four rooms, at one hotel, you'll have eight nights in total.

Can I track delivery?

Once we are ready to send your gift, we’ll send tracking details to the email address included in the response form. Please note we cannot take responsibility for items that are undelivered.

Where can the speaker be sent?

We can send the speaker internationally, so this offer is open to all Smith members, from all corners of the globe.

Can I amend my information if needed?

No problem – simply speak to a member of our Smith24 team and they’ll update your details.
