When will I receive my speaker?
As soon as your booking is confirmed, we'll send your speaker to the address provided in the form. Please ensure you've typed the correct delivery address and contact details so that we can reach you if there are any issues.

How do I qualify for my free speaker?
Simple: make one booking of five nights or more between 23 February and 26 March with at least one child (your stay can be for any time in the future) then fill out the details of your booking in our form, making sure you're using the email address linked to the account you've made the booking under.

Will you notify me about the delivery?
As soon as your speaker is due to got out for delivery you'll get a notification.

Who can apply?

What colour is the speaker?
It comes in a dark metallic grey colour – or 'black anthracite' to be specific. For a little bit of exclusivity each speaker has a small engraving of our ‘Hotel Lovers’ logo, too.
