When to go

Valle de Bravo is year-round destination. It’s at its busiest in summer (June to September) when visitors from Mexico City flee the soaring temperatures in favour of the town’s cooler climate.

Getting there

• Planes

  Whether you’re coming from abroad or elsewhere in Mexico, your best option is to fly into Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez, then take a car to Valle de Bravo, a journey of around two hours.

• Automobiles

  The town’s compact enough that you won’t need your own set of wheels, but you could drive from Mexico City, then use the car to explore the surrounding area. If you do want to hire, the Smith24 team can arrange it.
