  Fly into Athens’ international airport; from here Piraeus Harbour is a 45-minute drive away, where you can catch the three-hour ferry to Serifos.

• Automobiles

  You can take cars on the ferry to Serifos, and a vehicle is useful for navigating the island. However, some roads are slightly rough and many beaches will still require some walking to get to.
