    Direct flights from New York, Boston, Dallas and more major US cities touch down at Savannah’s Hilton Head International Airport, a 30-minute drive from the Historic District. European flights usually connect via New York or Atlanta.

  • Automobiles

    The Historic District is distinctly strollable, but you’ll want to bring or rent a car if you’re heading to out-of-town heritage spots. Savannah’s a four-hour drive from Atlanta and Charlotte, and around two hours from Charleston.
