Discover hotels for Valentine's Day in Los Cabos, Mexico

The barrier between the Pacific and what many call ‘nature’s aquarium,’ Los Cabos is a sport fishing capital, with waters packed with big fish, along with endangered sea mammals, including humpback, gray and killer whales. Naturally, the local cuisine showcases the bounty of fresh fish. But the drinking is also ultra-local. The deserts around Los Cabos are home to agave plants that feature in Mexico’s best tequila. Riptides where the waters converge can make it unsafe to swim or get close to the waves, but excellent surf and dive spots are only a short drive north.
