Discover luxury ski hotels and lodges in Park City, United States

There's no denying that skiing is Park City's major draw. Not only does this former mining town have three world-class ski resorts, the US Ski Team calls its powder-perfect slopes home. The International Olympic Committee didn't find its alpine environs too shabby either when they chose to host the 2002 Winter Games here. Considering that there's a triple lift right on Main Street and the whole city is basically ski-in/ski-out, this all makes sense. But that doesn't mean the snow-covered slopes are the only attraction on offer. There's also a thriving art scene with organized gallery strolls each month, and indie film fanatics converge on the city each January for the Sundance Film Festival. The restaurants, most of which are within walking distance, serve up an appetizing range: sushi, fondue, Indo-Persian – take your pick. In the summer, all three resorts offer lift-served mountain biking, making it easier to take to over 400 miles of public trails. Warm-weather visitors can also soar thousands of miles above the mountains in a hot air balloon or explore aspen groves on horseback.
