1. This promotion will gift one Away Carry-On to members in the UK (includes Northern Ireland), USA, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Germany, and France, due to shipping restrictions (unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland). It is only valid for new bookings totalling seven nights or more, that are booked between 26 December 2017 and 28 February 2018, while stocks last. Stays can be taken any time before 31 January 2019.
2. Multiple bookings can be made separately, but must total seven nights or more to be eligible for the gift. Bookings must be made under the same Smith membership account. Smith gift vouchers and loyalty money can be used to redeem nights in conjunction with this promotion. The promotion does not apply to non-room-related purchases, such as transfers, experiences, tours, flights or Get a Room! gift cards.
3. To claim the gift, members must provide their booking reference/s via the submission form found here before the end of the promotional period (28 February 2018). Only one gift can be claimed per household. Gifts will not be despatched if any of the eligible bookings are subsequently cancelled. Mr & Mrs Smith reserves the right to withhold the cost of the gift (£225) and delivery should any bookings be cancelled after the gift has been despatched or in the case of a no-show. Bookings made directly with our hotels will not be honoured as part of this promotion.
4. Mr & Mrs Smith shall not be liable to any customers for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the gift. 5. Gifts will be dispatched by Away between 15 March 2018 and 15 April 2018. There are eight colours available as part of the promotion, which are: Black, Blue, Green, Sand, Brick, Blush, Asphalt, and White. A monogrammed luggage tag is available with two letters only, all uppercase, and only available in gold foil in the given font. Tracking and delivery emails will be sent by Away to the recipient as soon as the order ships. Any custom/import duties incurred are responsibility of the recipient.
