Putting her psychology degree to good use every day, Rebecca uses the skills she learnt to enrich and motivate the travel team. Before joining Mr & Mrs Smith, Rebecca spent eight years at Kuoni, road-testing luxury holidays from Mauritian beach breaks to action-packed African safaris – all in the name of research, of course. After this, she worked as head of account management for Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

A former booker of luxury round-the-world trips for diamond-dripping clients, Stevie developed a love of all things tweed while working as ‘country concierge’ for a small company that specialised in organising hunting, fishing and falconry breaks in the UK and Ireland for the British aristocracy. Now happily ensconced at Mr & Mrs Smith, she is coming to terms with the lack of an office butler by indulging her appetite for fabulous hotels as often as she can.

After discovering she’s no Mother Theresa (while volunteering in India), Anke quit her social work studies and embarked on a mission to improve lives in other ways – by sending clients to the world’s most secluded and beautiful corners. Throughout her career in travel, she’s maintained her passion, still habitually dipping into her favourite read, the Times World Atlas. Having spent so long looking after VIPs in her native Germany, Anke decided to send herself somewhere new for a change and arrived in London – and at Smith HQ, determined to lead her team in making dreams come true for our GoldSmiths.

Having fallen in love with all things Sri Lankan while volunteering at an orphanage, Jessica returned to the island after completing her psychology degree. She spent a year there working for Projects Abroad, welcoming new volunteers, calming their nerves and helping them plan their trips around Asia with her expert knowledge of where to surf in Indonesia, the top shopping spots in Singapore and the hottest places to party in Thailand. Then she headed back to London and managed a Covent Garden event venue, Wallacespace, before putting her passion for travel to work for Mr & Mrs Smith. With her love of luxury and boutique hotels, Jessica's an ideal addition to the team.

Having grown up just down the road from Babington House in Somerset, Katie’s love of boutique hotels started early in life. With a degree in English Literature under her belt, she migrated to London where she promptly landed a job with a travel specialist. Five years later, her travel career has included everything from designing bespoke trekking holidays for wannabe-adventurers to booking luxury hotels for the landed gentry. Latin America is her first passion and she has travelled widely through Central and South America and Europe, with a brief stint in Thailand – and the odd trip back to her Somerset roots whenever she can.

After a stint in the fashion industry, Jazz left her native UK in the late Nineties and went across the pond to Miami, where she worked as head concierge and guest relations manager for the Hotel Astor. After three years and seven months of sun, sea and surf, she packed her bags again and headed to the Big Apple, opening two top NYC hotels in midtown. She's travelled all over, making her the perfect first GoldSmith Consultant in the new Mr & Mrs Smith New York office.

Before picking up the phones for Smith, Hannah hot-stepped her way across the globe, taking in Switzerland, France, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina along the way. Hannah has several secret weapons up her sleeve: a degree in psychology, experience of event management on the Côte D'Azur, and a year’s stint in Utah, working for an exclusive members’ club. Through dedicated study, Hannah has also built up an extensive knowledge of the world’s best beach bars. She is most likely to be found relaxing/researching in the South of France or Peru.

Born in Hamburg, Victoria secured a degree in German, and European culture and society, at Oxford Brookes, then spent two years at an executive search firm in London, hunting down the cream of the corporate crop. Feeling her language skills and wide-ranging globetrotting (she has 22 countries under her belt so far) were underused, Victoria made her move into the travel industry and is now working hard at Mr & Mrs Smith to ensure she can add a few more stamps to her passport – and help our members do the same.

After graduating in performing and visual arts in her native France, Laetitia waved goodbye to the Alps and set out on a search for the perfect desert island. She settled in London’s urban jungle six years ago, and put her experience of growing up to good use as a ski-holiday advisor. She is still passionate about her travel and devotes her spare time to her ongoing quest for the perfect beach – all for the benefit of her Mr & Mrs Smith clients, of course.

She’s a big fan of sunshine and beaches, especially after spending a couple of months exploring the Californian coast.

Born and raised in Bahrain, Lindsay has travelled extensively within the Middle East. Before settling into her studies at the University of the West of England, Lindsay grabbed her rucksack and set off around the world, visiting New Zealand, Japan and Egypt, to name a handful. She joined Mr & Mrs Smith after spending three years selling luxury properties in Knightsbridge and Belgravia. She’s now based in our NYC office, and there’s nothing she loves more than exploring new destinations with colleagues, friends and whoever else wants to come along.

After a childhood spent on Latvia’s Baltic Coast, Baiba moved to London 15 years ago to study Modern Languages. After her degree, she headed to Spanish-speaking lands to hone her skills, as well as her salsa moves. She’s travelled across Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador and Uruguay, stopping to admire the salt plains of Uyuni and the snowy peaks of the Andes. These days, she’s settled in London once more and can happily reel off the best place to eat every type of food in the capital.

Gabby caught the travelling bug in 2004 and, after returning from an adventure-packed trip to Thailand and Australia, she found it hard to stop daydreaming about faraway places. While studying Business and French at university, she was lucky enough to work on luxurious yachts on the Côte d’Azur and later experience life looking after guests in several ski resorts across the French Alps. After graduation, she moved to London where she worked as a PA for nine months before joining the Mr & Mrs Smith Travel Team. She is eager to explore all the delights that Smith has to offer.

Though handy with a rugby ball, Ed decided to follow his true passion: travel, and is now happily esconced at Mr & Mrs Smith. Ever the rolling stone, he escapes to Africa and Greece whenever he can find a boat to sail on, a lodge to lounge in, or a hip hotel to hang out in.

Daisy grew up in Bahrain and developed a love for travel early on. She was booking high-end holidays as a travel consultant long before she arrived at Smith. Having worked as a PA to a big name in the music industry, Daisy has learned a thing or two about good tunes and how to party: she’s stopped over to sample the nightlife of Barcelona, Marrakech, Berlin, Miami and even the Nevada Desert. Her travels have taken her all over Europe, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand, with a six-month stay in Ibiza along the way.

Growing up in the USA, Becky spent her holidays making a detailed tour of North America, from the Bahamas to Las Vegas. A University College London exchange programme that saw her visiting seven countries in seven weekends really whetted her wanderlust and, after three years spent organising weddings and events in Chicago and London, she found her spiritual home at Mr & Mrs Smith. Holiday highlights have included a much-anticipated visit to the Napa Valley, and the Great British countryside is rapidly climbing her list of travel hotspots.

Being born in Saudi Arabia and brought up in Switzerland gave Alex her first taste for travel. Growing up in the heart of Europe meant she regularly travelled to the surrounding countries, but also went on many family holidays further afield. After two years spent on the slopes and a further three at university in the UK, Alex delved into the world of travel, working for various travel companies before finding her feet at Mr & Mrs Smith. Although content with booking couples and families into their dream hotels round the world, Alex is keen to conquer the mountains of Alaska and drench herself in sunshine on the beaches of Thailand.

After studying French in Glasgow, Katie swapped Scotland for the south of France to teach in Biarritz for a year, but returned to put together luxury tours for keen golfers across the bonny nation and over the water in Ireland. She then deflected back to France, spending a few years running the chalets of Verbier, as well as those of Saas Fee and St Anton, but chasing sunshine in between with trips to south-east Asia, Australia, Austria and Spain. She’s now firmly settled into London life as part of the Smith team.

Elise spent four years studying the travel industry at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration in upstate New York. She was introduced to the world of boutique and luxury hotels during her internship with Mr & Mrs Smith in 2008 and is thrilled to be back as a founding member of the Travel Team in Smith's NYC office. She enjoys relaxing in beautiful beach destinations, but also loves adventure-packed holidays: she’s skydived in Australia and scuba-dived in Central America. Elise is excited to be planning dream trips for our members, with hopefully a few for herself along the way.
