Getting there

• Planes Newquay airport is 25–30 minutes by car.
• Trains Bodmin Road station is a 35-minute drive away.
• Local taxi service Amble Cars, aka Alf (07748 824343), or Wadebridge Taxis (01208 812725).
• Automobiles From London, take the M4 and the M5, coming off on the A30 at Exeter and continuing past Okehampton and Launceston. Then turn off on the A395 and follow signs to Wadebridge until you reach the right-hand turn, B3314, to Delabole. Keep on the B3314 through Delabole and head straight on through Pendoggett, past Port Isaac and through St Endellion. Not long after the turning to Polzeath, take a right-hand fork, signposted St Minver. At crossroads turn right in front of Fourways Inn and follow the road round through Tredrizzick. At junction with main road, turn left, then take first right signposted Pityme Industrial Estate. Follow road, ignoring left fork, until you go up a small rise. As you come down the other side, the turning to Treverra is on the right by a metal post, bin enclosure and tree overhanging road. If you reach Cant Farm, you've gone too far -- turn back!
