Bedrooms
Pocket-sprung king-sized double beds, bespoke oak-fitted wardrobe and bedside tables, high-definition plasma TV, bathrobes and slippers, Egyptian cotton linens. What's not to love?
- Kitchen This is part of the open-plan living space and is kitted out with top-of-the-range Siemens appliances: fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, as well as a decent range of crockery, glassware, utensils and cookware.
- Living room It varies between apartments, but they are generally pretty roomy. Furnishings include Conran sofas, a coffee table and all the audio-visual enhancements (see ‘entertainment’).
- Dining room There is a small table and chairs in the open-plan living space, which is ideal for enjoying a snack you've whipped up yourself or ordered in, or a good laptop plot.
- Private parking There is no private parking as such but there are three spaces at the front of the building. This is also a Disc Parking zone and there is also pay and display spaces available on the street.

Eating and drinking
Smith members are lucky enough to get a Bettys of Harrogate breakfast hamper containing croissants, muffins, butter and jam; another food parcel with basics or luxury items can also be arranged. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and mineral water are provided. A private chef can be arranged, or just press speed dial on the phone and get room service from Brio Italian Restaurant downstairs. Bottles of wine and champagne are available in the apartment to purchase for a reasonable price.
Housekeeping
There isn’t usually a daily clean except between bookings, although it can be arranged for a small extra charge. For longer-term stays, a total freshen up occurs after a week.
Entertainment
Every apartment has iGroove docking stations, a PlayStation 3, Sony high-definition plasma TVs. Beyond the Lawrance itself you have Harrogate International Centre right on your lap which has lots of concerts and shows (www.harrogateinternationalcentre.co.uk).
