Grounds This residential building is set in landscaped gardens and located in a peaceful and spacious tree-lined street a 10- to 15-minute stroll from the town centre.
Minimum hire For Saturday-night stays, there is a minimum of two nights.

Children This property is best for older children, although high chairs and cots are available for little Smiths.
Booking process A Smith deposit is required. 30% credit card deposit taken to confirm a reservation. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation Terms: More than 14 days prior to arrival, no charge. Cancellation within 14 days is charged at the full rate. At our discretion, there may be no charge if the apartment is resold at full rate.
Also The apartments are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
