  Bedroom 1: a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
  Bedroom 2: a large double bedroom which can also be made a twin. Loads of wardrobe space including a safe. This is across the hall from the shared main bathroom which features a Gessi rain shower and hydro-massage Jacuzzi.

• Kitchen

  Two large glass panels open up the naturally lit Effeti kitchen to the living area. Beautifully designed to conceal an impressive range of appliances: induction hob, Pyrolytic oven, combi-oven, a warming drawer, dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and I-want-that-tea-now! boiling-water tap. Plus all the shiny utensils you could ever need.

• Living room

  The entrance hall opens up into a spacious living area, home to a large BPA Madison sofa, perfect for sitting back and reading a good book or watching your favourite film. Whether playing board games or working, the living room is a place to relax.

• Dining room

  The kitchen provides a functional dining area perfect for breakfast or a low-key supper.

• Gardens

  There are lawned communal gardens, but they're not much to write home about. But then with some of the land's finest countryside on your doorstep it doesn't really matter.

• Private parking

  There’s secure parking for one car at the rear of the property. There is also on-street parking with parking restrictions (no charge for on-street parking, the only restriction is that parking is available only on one side of the street, the other side is double yellow lines).
