Spring Cottage
Overview
The third bedroom is best suited to one or two children and there is a stash of board games. This property is right on the river so it's not ideal if you have intrepid toddlers, better suited probably to eight-year-olds and up.

Recommended rooms
There is a children's bedroom which has a single bed with an extra pull-out mattress.
Activities
Cliveden's large gardens are an ideal environment for playing hide and seek. Children are welcome to use the snooker room, and indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Staff can arrange helicopter rides in von Essen's own helicopters, or a drive in a Rolls Royce Phantom.
Swimming pool
Children are welcome in the indoor and outdoor pools, under parental supervision at designated times.
Meals
The kitchen is perfect to whip up snacks for little ones in. Children are allowed in the main hotel's restaurant at all times ntoo. There's a kids' menu, serving staples like lasagna, spaghetti bolognese and home-made chicken nuggets.
Babysitting
Babysitting can be arranged from £12.50 an hour. Please give at least 24 hours notice.
No need to pack
There are plenty of board games in the cottage. When it comes to high chairs or cots make sure you book ahead.
Also
This property is right on the river so it's probably not advisable to stay with intrepid toddlers as you may need a fleet of nannies to keep watch and/or a huge jar of Valium.
