- Rates information From £1,224 for a three-night weekend to £1,736 for a week in low season and £2,464 for a week in high season (Easter, May bank holidays, July–September, half-term dates). Christmas and new year stays are £3,136 per week. Mid-week stays are £800–£1,152.

- Property style Classically modern country cottage with a hip one-bedroom garden house. The former 17th-century gamekeepers home has been given a high-spec renovation and chic contemporary extension.
- Grounds Set amid woodland with 1.5 acres of garden and views over valley and country manor.
- Minimum hire Three nights.

- Children A travel cot and two highchairs can be requested in advance.
- Booking process Smith deposit taken when you book. A 50 per cent deposit is required on bookings made more than four weeks before rental, with full payment 21 days prior to arrival. Any bookings taken after the four-week deadline are to be paid in full. A £750 damage deposit is required one week before arrival (funds need to be cleared) and will be refunded in full no later than 14 days after departure if no damage or loss is recorded (terms and conditions apply).
