• Ideal for Small sociable groups who'll make the most of the super kitchen and the communal spaces. Corporate couples with children. Lovers who like serious acreage when they get a room. Honeymoons, special birthdays or anniversaries.
• Rates information Week from €7,000 in high season; and from €6,240 in low season, all-inclusive. For stays shorter than a week, the daily rate may vary depending on the length of stay. The property can also be hired for corporate events; seminars are from €2,000 per day, press events and cocktail parties are from €3,500 per day.

• Sleeps Six people in three queen beds. For staff an extra double can be made up in the gym and wellbeing room which has its own shower room.
• Property style Contemporary but cosy former industrial loft space, in a Gustave Eiffel building with parts dating from the 18th century.
• Grounds There's a private terrace with bistro tables and chairs, planted with bamboo and ivy, looking out over a private courtyard – perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning or early-evening aperitifs.
• Minimum hire Seven nights, or two weeks at Christmas/Thanksgiving, but it's negotiable.
• Minimum hire (short) Week.
• Children Children are welcome, and older kids will love the cool, film-set interior. It's also fine for babies; toddlers or smaller children will, as ever, need watching.
• Booking process Smith deposit taken when you book. 50 per cent of rental value due on reservation, non-refundable. Balance payable one month before arrival date. Security deposit payable on or before arrival date.
• Also Well-behaved (ie: super-clean) pets, by arrangement, with appropriate deposit. Louvre Loft's private concierge can arrange car service, excursions, VIP services (including fast-track access to prime cultural attractions).
