Pack some lunch and head down to Cala d’Hort beach – just a 10-minute drive away: it’s a little shallow water cove, with wonderful views of Es Vedra island. Contact your concierge service Deliciously Sorted to ask them to arrange catering for you.
Cala Vadella, a sandy, little bay, is a five-minute drive away. There’s a restaurant or two dotted along its shores, so share a paella whilst watching the fishing boats and yachts bobbing before you. Salinas beach is a hotspot for the gorgeous people. It has a handy sun lounger service but, be warned, this beach gets very busy in high season. North-coast Cala d’en Serra near Portinatx is a well-kept secret. Aguas Blancas on the northeast coast has a great chiringuito serving caipirinhas and steak sandwiches. Cala Jondal in the east is beloved for its seafood restaurants.
A welcome hamper of goodies and basics comes with the villa, but why not email complimentary concierge service Deliciously Sorted and arrange for it to go shopping and pre-fill the fridge with all your favourite things? Both Ibiza town and Santa Eulalia have daily markets and big supermarkets where alcohol can also be purchased.
Hire a 4x4 and take to the dirt tracks that criss-cross the pine forests in the north of the island. There’s limitless opportunity for golf, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, diving, horse-riding, go-karting and hot-air balloon trips, too. Speak to Deliciously Sorted to arrange.
