- Minimum hire Two weeks minimum hire. Rental starts from 3pm until 10am on the day of departure.

- Children There is a cot in the villa, and extra children’s equipment can be arranged through the concierge service.
- Booking process Smith deposit taken when you book. A 50 per cent deposit is required on booking, with full payment at least six weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required. Cancellation fees apply.
