  Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with dressing room, en suite shower room and two terraces.
  Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two terraces.

  Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with en suite shower room and sea-view terrace.
  Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with en suite shower room and terrace.
  
  Guesthouse
  Bedroom 6: Double bedroom and bathroom with large walk-in, raindrop shower.

• Kitchen

  There’s a fully fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer, alongside a dining area. There is also an outdoor kitchen with traditional Ibizan wood-fired oven, fridge and barbecue. Your indoor kitchen is pre-stocked with basic essentials such as milk and bread, but you can pre-arrange for your concierge to have more shopping ready for your arrival. • Living room

  There are two living rooms: the largest has three sofas around a fireplace, whilst a snug to the side boasts a 42-inch plasma screen.

• Dining room

  Pick from two feasting areas: gazing out to sea from the kitchen/diner at a table for 12, or from the pool and barbecue area where up to 20 can be seated alongside the outdoor kitchen.

• Poolside

  The huge 23m-long pool is surrounded by palm trees, chill-out mattresses and heady sea views. There are two pool showers; one inside, one outside.

• Gardens

  The gardens are the mountain itself, which belongs to the villa owner. Cross ‘walk amongst the pine trees’ off your daily to-do list.

• Private parking

  There is private parking for six cars.
