Floor plan

• The house is spread over two floors: the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace are on the ground floor; bedrooms 1 and 2, and the upper terrace are on the first floor. Bedroom 3 is upstairs.

• Bedrooms

  There are three double bedrooms.
  
  Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with ensuite open-plan bathroom, with shower and a bath tub. The room also has a private terrace with sea views. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

• Kitchen

  The kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave – and with a utility room with washer/dryer next door – is pre-stocked with basic essentials such as milk and bread, but you can pre-arrange for your concierge to have more shopping ready for your arrival. • Living room

  Huge glass sliding doors separate the open-plan living and dining room from the terrace and pool. There is also an open fire, ideal for cosily sitting around in the winter months – and your TV is a humble 20ft home-cinema projector screen.

• Dining room

  The dining table for 10 has incredible views across the pine forests out to sea.

• Poolside

  The infinity pool is an extension of a sand-coloured stone floor, alongside huge double-bed mattresses in the stylish shade of a sail awning.

• Private parking

  There is parking for four cars.

• Other

  Due to its heart-of-the-forest location, there is no barbecue at La Divina.
