• Rates information Garden flat and ground floor apartments: long weekend or four-day mid-week stays are £250–£490; a week’s stay is £350–£540. Upper apartment: long weekend or four-day mid-week stays are £460–£700; a week’s stay is £570–£940 (a 10% discount applies if just two people rent the apartment).

• Sleeps 2-6. Two one-bedroom apartments and one two-bed three-storey maisonette with private roof terrace and garden.
• Property style Victorian seafront villa with a modern-meets-retro interior.
• Grounds You have Deal's pebbly beach on your lap, otherwise two of the apartments have access to the gravelled garden. There are steps down from the garden flat and the three-bed apartment to the garden where there are chairs, a table and cushions.
• Minimum hire Three-night weekends, four-night midweek. Seven-night minimum stay in July and August (last minute short stays are available during peak season).
• Minimum hire (short) One week from June until September, unless it's a last-minute booking and space is available.
• Children These adult-geared apartments aren't suitable for small children; if you're holidaying with grown-up kids aged 12 and up then the two-bedroom upper-storey apartment could be suitable though.
• Booking process Smith deposit taken when you book.
• Also The garden flat is not really suited to anyone who is disabled or elderly due to the steps.
