Floor plan

• Bedrooms The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a gorgeous sleigh-like couch. The grey marbled master bathroom has a rainshower and milk-chocolate cabinetry. The second bedroom can be set up as a lounge or as a bedroom, which sleeps up to four, depending on the number of guests. In its lounge form, there are two slate grey daybeds and a tan coloured couch. The white bookcase has plenty of texts to pore over.
  
• Kitchen Kitted out with everything you’d need to make a feast. There’s a blender, microwave, toaster, oven and an eat-in bar which seats two.
  
• Living room Two living rooms are on the first floor. The first with cosy striped couches, a glossy coffeetable, space-age cherry-red and banana-yellow chairs and a three-blade ceiling fan. The second sitting area, opposite the dining table, is a more classic affair with four leather club chairs, a sleek flatscreen TV and a cowhide rug
  
• Dining room The dark wood dining table seats six, but you could squeeze in up to eight.
  
• Private parking Standard parking is available on the street, but can be hard to come by. Alternatively, try one of the four 24-hour garages nearby, for US$18-20 a day.
