- Ideal for Hedonistic house parties, weddings, hen do's, family gatherings and birthday celebrations are a favourite, with up to 120 guests in attendance.

- Sleeps 18-20 in eight bedroom including an adult-sized four-bunk room. There is also a teepee in the garden that sleeps 8.
- Property style Barn conversion
- Grounds Surrounded by farmland and set in two and a half acres of lawns and gardens
- Minimum hire Friday 3pm to Monday 10.30am. (An additional day rate or a weekly rate applies after this time.) Rental period starts from Friday 3pm.
- Minimum hire (short) Long weekends.
- Children Welcome. There are no cots but two highchairs are provided. The courtyard is an ideal space for children to play under supervision.
- Booking process 20 per cent deposit needed to secure booking. A sum of £1,000 will be held on account by the hotel from seven days prior to your agreed date of arrival. The same sum of £1,000 is to be released by them on satisfactory completion of the checking of the inventory following your stay. Smith deposit taken when you book.
- Also Smoking is allowed, although guests are requested to refrain in the bedrooms. Pets are welcome – there’s plenty of open countryside surrounding the property. You can occasionally hear take-offs from the airbase during the week.
