Floor plan

• The main house is spread over two floors: the living room, kitchen, dining room and two bedrooms are on the ground floor; the master bedroom is on the first floor; there are a further three bedrooms in the guesthouse in the garden.

• Bedrooms

  There are six air-conditioned bedrooms in total, all featuring plasma TVs with satellite.
  
  Main house
  Bedroom 1: Master double bedroom on the first floor, with balcony and open-plan shower room with his ’n’ hers basins.
  Bedroom 2: Double bedroom on the ground floor with open-plan shower room and twin basins.
  Bedroom 3: Double bedroom on the ground floor with open-plan bathroom and twin basins.
  
  Guesthouse
  Each bedroom has its own entrance.
  Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with shower room.
  Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with shower room.
  Bedroom 6: Double bedroom with living area, terrace and shower room – the largest of the three.

• Kitchen

  The fully equipped chrome kitchen is a chef’s delight. There are duplicates of everything: fridges, freezers, dishwashers – sitting neatly side-by-side in pairs. It’s as if you’re seeing double. There is also an outdoor kitchen, which is ideal for barbecues. Your kitchen is pre-stocked with basic essentials such as milk and bread, but you can pre-arrange for your concierge to have more shopping ready for your arrival. • Living room

  White corner sofas wrap around the flatscreen, and fireplace and wooden ceiling beams curl above you. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to the pool.

• Dining room

  The dining area seats 12. There is also a covered alfresco dining area for eight in front of the pool.

• Poolside

  A 10m pool with sun terrace and outdoor shower.

• Gardens

  The manicured gardens are punctuated with huge palm trees and lush green lawns. There are 10 sun loungers, umbrellas and plenty of seating areas. The guesthouse is to the right of the pool.

• Private parking

  There is parking for three cars.
