This bright white finca on the pine-sprinkled hillside offers a sophisticated, yet electric atmosphere; ancient Ibizencan antiques blend with polished concrete floors, a sun-kissed pool and glamorous outdoor chill-out areas.

• Minimum hire One-week minimum hire (Saturday to Saturday). Rental is from 3pm until 10am on the day of departure.
• Children A cot, high chair and toys are available on request. Note: the stairs to the master bedroom are open-sided, and the pool is not overlooked by the villa, so children must be able to swim.
• Booking process Smith deposit taken when you book. A 50 per cent deposit is required on booking, with full payment at least six weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required. Cancellation fees apply.
• Also Pets are welcome.

Floor plan

• The house is spread over two floors, with the living room, kitchen/diner, and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the ground floor. The master bedroom occupies the floor above.

• Bedrooms

  Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with dressing room, ensuite bathroom and large private terrace.
  Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with its a shared bathroom and internet connection.
  Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with a shared bathroom and doors opening onto the garden.

• Kitchen

  Your fully equipped kitchen is pre-stocked with basic essentials such as milk and bread, as well as with the contents of your welcome hamper, but you can pre-arrange for your concierge to have more shopping ready for your arrival. For more self-catering supplies, see our ‘Services’ section.

• Living room

  The hub of the house, the stylish-but- comfortable living room has a working fireplace that’s ideal for winter holidays and sliding doors that lead out onto the gardens. There is also an outdoor living room – a white chill-out area to the back of the house with billowing white curtains, sofas and a hanging wicker chair.

• Dining room

  The outdoor dining area seats 10–12 people under a shady white sail. The homely dining table on the side of the kitchen, which opens onto the courtyard, seats six.

• Poolside The beautiful lawn-fringed square pool has a teak diving board and teak sun loungers, and a child-friendly shallow end.
• Gardens Despite its numerous lawns and shady areas, the garden has a secluded feel to it. The area that contains the sun loungers and thick white mattresses is a great spot for lunch.
• Private parking There is parking for two cars.
