Summer Litchfield grew up between a city farm in Vauxhall, the bright lights of Chelsea and the fashion hub of Milan, thus developing a love of cashmere, glitzy restaurants and all things rural. Having worked at Tatler and Esquire she is now the Restaurant Editor for Urban Junkies and a freelance journalist writing for The Times, The Telegraph and other publications. She has just started a blog, Platelicker, as another outlet for documenting life’s simple and extravagant pleasures.
