Sophie founded Trekstock in 2006 and since then has climbed up Mount Everest, ridden across the Andes, tackled the Costa Rican jungle and been hailed as a 'Vogue Star' all in the name of charity. Don't let the action fool you, though: Sophie likes nothing more than checking into a bit of luxury, where it's tropical outside but there's enough ice on standby for at least three G&Ts. Her next dream getaway is a (more than comfortable) camping trip to Portland.
