Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisonsin Oxfordshire in 1984, to fulfil his vision of a hotel and restaurant where guests can expect perfection in cuisine, service and comfort. Le Manoir is the only country-house hotel in the UK to maintain two Michelin stars for 16 years.
