Krissada Clapp

Actor, singer, superstar

The love of luxury hotels runs in Kriss's veins: his mother, Kamala Sukosol, is both a jazz singer and owner of a boutique hotel and resort collection. It was a passion for music, however, that set him on his current path. He was a member of Thai pop band Pru (his brother Sukie was also a member), and his debut solo album launched at the end of 2010. He has starred in films including Bangkok Loco and 13 Beloved, winning a string of best actor awards for the latter. Next up he's playing a monk in the Thai comedy Uncle Teng. Kriss lives in Bangkok with Mrs Smith and their two children.
