Michelle is the membership manager of Soho House NY, owner of beauty service Oh La Luxxe, mother of one, and is always happy for an excuse to leave NY – even for one night. Michelle moved to NY eight years ago to study for a post-grad in journalism at Columbia University. The plan was to move home to Australia immediately upon completion. However, one late-night encounter with her fashion-photographer husband-to-be at a speakeasy on the Lower East Side changed that trajectory, and they now live together in Brooklyn with their four-year-old son. Before her gig at Soho House, Michelle was a freelance journalist for the past decade, writing about everything from pop stars to pop science. However, she's now grateful to be in a job where the Grey Goose is constantly on ice, and she can take meetings in the rooftop pool.
