All gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for bookings made within 12 months of purchase. Please note, gift cards can ONLY be redeemed via our website or our booking line for hotels in the Smith collection, and not directly with hotels. When using a gift card, the full balance of the hotel stay is payable at time of booking.
