Hotel restaurant
Balsan, the casual European bistro and raw bar, offers a rotating selection of local cheeses and charcuterie. Twice Michelin-starred RIA restaurant has an ethereal sultry vibe with mid-century modern furnishings, bronze wallpaper and gauzy, sheer white curtains. Chef Danny Grant uses fresh, local ingredients to create dishes such as lobster with chestnut and fennel and black cod with sea urchin and blood orange.
- Dress code Dressed-down with a button-down shirt and dark designer denim at Balsan. Louboutins and a sharp suit works at RIA.
- Top table At RIA, make sure you're near the floor-to-ceiling windows.
- Last orders Balsan is open from 6am to midnight and Ria is open for dinner only, from 6pm to 11pm. Cocktails are shaken from 4pm to 11pm on weekdays and from 4pm to 1am on weekends at Bernard’s.
- Room service A customised in-room dining menu, including: wood-fired pizza, grilled steak and tarte flambeé is available 24 hours a day.
