Getting there
- Planes Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport, south of capital Denpasar, served by carriers including Garuda, Singapore Airlines, Jetstar, Air Asia and JAL. If you need one, visas can be bought on arrival, so have cash with you if necessary. The drive to the hotel should take an hour, and transfers can be arranged for US$38 (not including 21 per cent tax).
- Automobiles Ubud, Bali’s cultural and artistic centre, is within walking distance. Bali’s capital, Denpasar, is half an hour away by car. The hotel has free parking and a valet service.
