Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. However, this is the third hotel I've booked where the staff were not aware of membership offers. However, the hotel kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of wine when I brought this up. I would recommend Spago, a restaurant located a few hundred yards from the hotel. It's Wolfgang Puck's flagship establishment; the food is superb and we were lucky enough to meet the chef himself.
