The Guestbook
This hotel was fabulous and nothing like anywhere else we have stayed. The view of the vineyards from the outdoor hot tub is to die for – plus the horses are quite partial to being fed the apples from your room! Make sure you call in to the Madonna winery next door for the best wines in Napa!

The Farm, the main restaurant at the Carneros Inn, has both a fabulous atmosphere and brilliant chef, but it's closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Instead head into Napa town to Bistro Don Giovanni (+1 707 224 3300). Be sure to book a table outside on the romantic candlelit terrace, and try the tempura fennel and squid.
