Getting there
- Planes Schönfeld airport is a 30-minute drive to south-east of Soho House Berlin. A taxi from outside the Schönfeld terminal cost about €35 to the hotel. Tegel airport, to the northwest, is just 10km away; a taxi will set you back €22 each way.
- Trains Services from all over Europe call at Berlin's massive Hauptbahnhof station (+44 8718 80 80 66; www.bahn.de), just a couple of clicks from the hotel. A 30-minute airport express train will take you from Schönfeld to Alexanderplatz, a five-minute walk from the hotel. Soho House can arrange train tickets for your departure.
- Automobiles There's a public car park next to the hotel: the first hour costs €1.30; then it's €1.20 an hour (€3 between 8pm and 6am). Mitte is very pedestrian friendly. You could hire a car to explore Berlin and Potsdam, but you might as well cycle, hail a taxi or hop on a train or tram.
