- Planes The nearest airports are Carlisle, Glasgow, Durham Tees Valley and Newcastle. The hotel is happy to collect you.
- Trains The train station closest to the hotel is Oxenholme. The hotel will pick you up from here, too.
- Automobiles From London, it's three and a half hours up the M6, leaving at Junction 36 (South Lakes/Kendal). It's a little less (90 minutes to two hours) from Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow.
