I thought this hotel was outstanding. Definitely worth going for a Grand Deluxe King room type which are significantly larger than the standard room and well worth the extra cost (we actually luckily got a free upgrade for being with Mr & Mrs Smith but next time (and there will be a next time) I will definitely book this room type).
The two best tapas bars we found in Seville were Bodega Alfalfa and El Reconcillo (Seville's oldest tapas bar). Both were fantastic...great food and excellent rioja for buttons. We went back to both several times.
The rooftop bar at Hotel EME has great views of the cathedral....London prices but good view and live DJ at nights.
Puerto de Cuba is an outdoor bar / nightclub on the river which is well worth visiting. Arrive before 11.30pm to get a table / seat and by 12.30am the place is absolutely packed. Great spot.
