Should you be able to drag yourself away from the stunning Moorilla Estate, make your way to Ethos at 100 Elizabeth St Hobart for some delicious organic goodness. We sat in the restaurant's courtyard and enjoyed the morning sun with a relaxed brunch of creamy scrambled eggs and thick slices of bacon and rye bread. They also serve lunch and dinner.
