Book a yoga session with Sylvie Delpy (Maison MK will organise) – it's wonderfully restorative. Grand Café de la Poste is very buzzy at lunchtime (11.30am–6pm!) especially on the terrace. Café des Epices is perfect for a quick snack and good coffee. Bo-Zin's floor show is fab. La Mamounia for Sunday brunch is excellent but not cheap.
