Getting there
- Planes Fly with EasyJet (www.easyjet.com), Monarch Airlines (www.monarch.co.uk) or British Airways (www.ba.com) to Ibiza Airport, which is roughly 30 minutes away by car from Les Terrasses. A bus runs every hour to the centre of Ibiza, or you can pick up one of the many taxis outside the airport (expect to pay around €40).
- Trains You can get to the island by rail by taking the overnight train to Barcelona (via Paris), then the fast ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza, which sails on most nights of the week (www.trasmediterranea.es).
- Automobiles Four wheels are the best way to explore the island, especially for hunting out the more secluded beaches and rural areas. You can hire a car at the airport. Ibiza Town is a 15-minute drive from the hotel; watch out for the big blue rock directing you to turn off the Ibiza–Santa Eulalia road.
