Le Gravelier on Cours de Verdun (+33 (0)5 56 48 17 15) opposite the botanical gardens serves and internationally influenced menu flavoured with exotic spices in chic minimalist surroundings.
Worth getting out of bed for
La Maison Bord’eaux is run by a family of wine growers, and private tours of their cellars and vineyard can be arranged if you book ahead. There are city tours and golf trips available, also arranged by the hotel.
