It's the perfect spot to soak up the sun poolside or bliss out in the spa and the billionaire's playground of Costa Esmeralda is within easy reach.

Our favourite rooms
La Coluccia's rooms aren't it's biggest draw – that'd be its sun-drenched beachside setting and the smart and soothing communal areas. All rooms offer fairly basic decor and limited space for cat-swinging, but make sure you're booked into one of the better-located Superior Rooms and ask for a full sea view.
