The Guestbook
Although not in Capri, those heading to Positano should pop into the Mulina Verde cafe, a tiny place where locals mingle with tourists enjoying the amazing homemade ice cream (flavours change twice a day), pastries and the best cappucinos ever. And all for a couple of euro, which is rather refreshing after the steep prices along the Amalfi coast in high summer! They also have a large terrace. In Ravello, a fantastic place to eat lunch is the restaurant at the Villa Amore, close to the entrance to the Villa Cimbrone on the left hand side. This place was recommended to us by the concierge at one of the most expensive hotels in Ravello for lunch, so you know it's good! With the breathtaking views come the friendliest waiters to be found anywhere serving incredibly fresh pasta and seafood at down-to-earth prices (even though it's heaven being there).
