The Guestbook
Just a few minutes away is Pershing Hall, a fellow Smith hotel which also has a wonderful restaurant, open to all. We ate there one night on a very chic Parisienne's recommendation, and it was excellent. Food is a fusion of Japanese and French with some Italian influences - weird, but it works...exceptional food and top-flight service. And the best risotto I have ever eaten - quite an accolade!

We had a couple of lovely evening meals at La Fregate, Rue Du Bac and L'Accolade Rue Guillaume. The meal at L'Accolade was particularly good. Not cheap but wonderful fresh seasonal ingredients served up in a 'quirky' small restaurant. (The chairs were a little uncomfortable). Our starter was asparagus with a delicious balsamic dressing and parmesan. I had one of the 'signature' dishes, languistine risotto - exceptional. Visit the Montparnasse Tower rather than The Eiffel Tower. There are no queues and the view is spectacular.
