Having arrived after a long car journey, we were delighted at the warm welcome and friendly staff at Alpaga. Set oh-so-scenically in Megeve, this is a place I'm so happy we visited. Everything was divine and nothing was too much trouble for the Alpaga team. From the fresh candles daily in the lobby and spacious chic rooms to the inviting pre-dinner drinks, Alpaga delivered it all. Don't miss out on a stroll through Megeve town and a thigh-firming hike up Rochebrune. The hot chocolates and view at the top are worth every step. I can only imagine how magical this would be in winter.

Car parking in Megeve at the casino car park was safe, easy, central and cheap 1 Euro for 35 minutes. Right next to the shops it was an ideal location to take a stroll around the town centre.
